LOL, I am not sure if we are in a debate here or not? The ASU program is currently having a bad year, very true. However have recently gotten a couple NCAA bids. I imagine DJ was thinking they might have a shot to get another bid and he could play significant minutes... The NCAA part is not working out that way. Ultimately, he's playing P5 competition on a regular basis and starting in the Pac12. He will definitely look back and be glad he decided to transfer. He could be having a big year for ISU, but again playing Thursday in STL, what satisfaction would he get from that?... been there done that. That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying his ASU team is not good. Sweet they beat UCLA - good enough for their 7th win of the season! I envy their basketball program!
And beating the #3 team in the country coming off a Final4 appearance is a pretty big accomplishment. Would he have had that opportunity at ISU??
All I am saying is DJ is better off in his current situation, as many posters seemed to think he made a bad move.
