For realz though, Timmy. Help me out. Back of the legs. In particular...what? Squats are an overall leg and butt builder but quads and glutes are target. Dead lifts hammer the hammies. Describe what catches your eye. I'm sweating bullets because now if I meet you I'll have to walk backwards...yet I'm only asking for a friend.
Really though. Serious question.
