Details? I may have my wife pick up a few more depending on how many people end up going down with our group.

Sorry, bro...you're next to my band of idiots. Drunk, bald and loud.

I look forward to obstructing DpDoughBird's view with you! P.s. I'll be the guy in the jersey of the best shooter that has ever graced ISU.

No one is blocking my view this year! According to cpacmel Row W is the end of the line before the concourse up to the cushy seats. Without anybody behind me I can stand all game and never feel self-conscious.

I'm more of a BBQ chicken d-lux guy, myself. I look forward to obstructing your view!

Way to support the Weisbecker Fund by not purchasing the Frisco Zone, jerks.

Quinn is working on bringing banner ads back - if we can pull it off I'm hoping to add a regularly updated Frisco Tracker to keep everyone posted on how many we've sold YTD - and compared to previous year and/or goal of 3,000 in 2018.

I'll have you know, 60% of my early donations come from Calzone purchases.

Got the Tix today. Section 101 row T seats 5 and 6. Anyone else get theirs?

You're a a couple rows further away from us this year...you must have upped your donation!

Lol. At least we are in the same section this year. Section 101 should be pretty loud.

Morans will probably still have an old timer behind them telling them to sit down and shut up.

Drake beats INSU
SIU gets an OT W over Lusk

Birds / Bradley in the 4/5 if the season ended right now. It'd be nice to get Phil and Key back to 100 and throttle KaBoom in the Friday midafternoon tilt.

Really need to get Saturday's game. INSU and Evansville are doing their part to play Thursday. We need to do our part to avoid it for sure.

Birds currently winning the All-Session tickets sold contest. Can we celebrate that?

....let's celebrate being that last to recognize the reality of the MVC? Smart *ss comment but point is that there is not a lot left to be excited about when watching MVC basketball if your desired team is not a clear leader that is favored to win it all. Only the diehard fans are likely to attend the tourney to watch many non-ncaa tourney worthy teams when the ncaa tourney is only 2 weeks away. Parity is not good for MVC tourney attendance in this day and age, IMO.

So here is one positive the MVC can look at. Full disclosure, I'm not good at numbers.

An article I read yesterday, I believe in the pjstar, said last season, Wichita fans accounted for 35% of total all-session ticket sales. However, this year ticket sales are down just 31% overall. So, if every team bought the same amount of tickets as last year, minus Wichita of course, the total ticket sales should be down 35%. Only being down 31% suggests that 4% more tickets were purchased by other MVC schools. So for MVC schools, not named Wichita State, ticket sales actually increased?

There's a ton of "numbers guys" on here, so I'm sure there will be posters to prove this wrong, but theoretically speaking, it seems right to me!

Wichita State's 35% overall was replaced this year by Valpo's 8.5%. So looking at that ticket sales are down across the board.

2018 Sales not including Valpo = 2425
2017 Sales not Including Wichita = 2608

:2018 (2017)
Bradley: 275 (225)
Drake: 225 (225)
Evansville: 225 (225)
Illinois State: 475 (580)
Indiana State: 225 (225)
Loyola: 225 (225)
Missouri State: 225 (225)
UNI: 300 (320)
Southern Illinois: 250 (358)
Valparaiso: 225 (N/A)

So you and v-boy won’t be cruising down to the Lou together?

If the BU number is correct at 275 - then they have eclipsed the 225 mark - is this an oversight by Oren?
