Just because a kid transfers doesn't mean he dislikes the coach. Sometimes they transfer for more playing time, to play the position they want, they want a different style of play, want to play for a team that will get them more coverage, academics align better.

A valid question: How many core players transfer out of UNI every year? How many transferred out of Wichita state and Creighton when they were in the valley? Wait for it..... yep.... exactly

The odds of SOMEBODY transferring will depend on Todd Berry, and the NCAA Executive Committee. If they vote in April to pass the new transfer rules, the odds may go up. If they vote to not pass the new transfer rules, the odds may go down. The decision for one of our player’s to transfer may depend on whether they would have to sit a year, or be eligible to play immediately. I’m sure our players are waiting to see the outcome of that vote in April.

In Illinois States biggest game of the season (MVC Tournament):
Rey Idowu-8 minutes
Matt Chastain-5 minutes
Taylor Bruninga-2 minutes

I don’t know if Rey will stick around.
Matt & Taylor could go the Madison Williams route.

With the commitment of Alex Kotov, we know at least one player will be subtracted.

If you want to discuss reality, it’s this. We aren’t firing Muller because of the money problem and these players aren’t transferring because they love ISU and playing for Muller.

Your comment that players love to play for muller is interesting. This seems like a questionable opinion based on his transfer rates and the fact tht his best player in his tenure (P lee) would have left due to the fact he didn’t like Dan except Paris’ mother convinced him to stay.

And that turned out pretty good for PLee, like his mom knew best.

I’m sorry but saying that PLee “would have” transferred has very little relevance here because he did not transfer. He actually stayed all 4 years and won MVC player of the year and defensive player of the year while playing in a team that won the regular season conference championship. There are plenty of players that have transferred out where you can try to make your point, but PLee is not one of them.

I can’t believe I am answering this, but without looking it up, reeves from Wichita transferred out. If i recall, Marshall was pretty pissed and he has gone on to be a hell of a player at Oklahoma.

Just going down the seniority list...

Fisher is stuck unless he can graduate. Donnelly in the same boat.

If Boyd pulls a Zeisloft, he could GT. But I doubt that. And I doubt he wants to burn a year. Unless he's looking D2.

Ndiaye would have to burn a year unless he went juco with hopes of a bounce up.

Horne and Reeves have been discussed ad nauseum.

Sissoko would lose a year unless he dropped down or went juco.
