MVC Transfer Portal 2022

Really disappointed in this. I wish nothing but the best for Tone. I think Tone is a quality person and was hoping he would have been able to say ”always a Redbird“ and finish off a senior season to remember. We live in the grass is always greener world now with major support from the NCAA transfer portal.

Any NIL donors willing to incentivize his decision? This forum has had many people bragging or complaining (I have never been able to ascertain which one) of how they have held back their largesse to ISU so maybe with the new coaching era and a fresh change of heart that we have the dollars for something like this.

Would it be a bidding war against Wisconsin?
Any of conspiracy theories since the day after Wisconsin loses in the tournament he hits the portal?

Reeves is a team player that works hard. You have never heard a bad word about the guy and we know he is full of talent. He not only would fit ISU's system, he is good enough to fit any system.

I want what's best for Reeves and for ISU, my guess is it comes down to Wisconsin and U of I as you said. If it's U of I that would be hard to watch. I hope he's smart and goes to a place where he can win and play. For every success that transfers up there's also Joseph Yesufu who plays 3 minutes a game at Kansas.

DePaul...why??? It sucks that he's leaving but go play at a school that has a shot at dancing and maybe winning a game or two. DePaul?? Bottom of the big least and play in front of 3K, except when a big name big least school is in town? Hard pass.

DePaul has a long road ahead of them. The big least is stacked and granted, they made up some ground this year, but there are a lot of miles to go yet.
