Is there a reason Muller wont say anything in regards to Romine? Or is the media afraid to ask the difficult questions?

Back when he was sitting in the bench but not dressing yet, I asked Benson on Twitter if Romine was in uniform. He said “No- just practicing with the team as that is ISU’s only official comment”. So it sounds like they have asked the questions- just not gotten any answer...

But, I think it will be Hein and not Clarence. Last nights game had Clarence on the bench and Hein playing. Both have not been good, but as stated the upside for Clarence is there. Hein is in year 3 and has hit his peak. Move on to Clarence.

If EC isn't in the rotation did we waste a year by not redshirting him with the injury? I know it isn't good for ISU, but don't feel like this year is going to be worth it for him if he's out the rotation the rest of the way.

I think Romine is probably gone. He's going to be behind PF, DN, and TB, plus we recruited over him with Dixon and Idowu.

I'm getting the feeling that you're right about Romine being gone. I don't have any inside info, but he'll be three years into his career and has hardly played any minutes at all. Bruniga has more experience now than him.

It would be very upsetting if EC was benched for the year. Not To try and join the Hein bashing group, but if he is In the 8 then something is terribly wrong. And it all starts with recruiting.

Players gotta buy in. If EC demonstrates in practice that he should be among the 8, then he'll be in the 8. It's really up to him.

I just hope that the stallings way of coaching today’s kids isn’t how Muller is coaching because it isn’t effective with today’s college athlete. Using hein as your geuina pig to get players to buy in isn’t fair to hein and it doesn’t seem to be working with this team. But I am not coaching this team and sitting in practices so I have no clue if that is what is going on. I hope we see a different team Saturday.
