Who, who?
Redbirdwarrior said:I doubt he takes it. I mean, is St. John's really an upgrade over Loyola? Yes, you are essentially the go-to school for New York players that want to stay home, but that is kind of a trash market for basketball. We talk about the cupboard being bare, they really really are there now. He would have AT LEAST two years of sub .500 seasons before his players could get their legs. By then, people might already be calling for his head.
I can see him staying at Loyola until that icebox they have in the paint graduates, then taking off. I can honestly see Northwestern throwing a similar offer at him in the next two years. That way he triples his pay, moves to a major conference and never has to move his family.
?? ? What question about the buyout? St. John’s has made an offer so the buyout must not be an obstacle.birdlife said:big question is the buyout though
