Then go away.

I’m here to save the program.

From people like you? You are the worst kind of fan. Just a keyboard jockey who had never played college sports.

What did you play? Band? I played college basketball.

Aww poor Rico can't read

You played baseball? Congrats. I now respect your knowledge of ISU basketball so much more. I’ve only seen 30 more years worth of games.

Can we get back on point here guys? Redbird basketball is at the threshold of hell as Clark griswold would say.

Big Rey! You will be missed!

Jamar, we are so close to greatness. We just need Dan Muller to get better recruits during a pandemic than he’s ever gotten before and suddenly figure out how to coach. It’s all coming together.

Yep. I didn't realize that because I played baseball I couldn't enjoy or know anything about basketball. You talk about Dan over working players. You what, I did drills outside of practice, put in extra work. Did it take a toll? Yep. I am guessing your are a guy that does just enough though in life. Congrats.

Weren’t talented enough I guess if you had to put that much extra effort into it?

My god thanks for the life lesson. Sorry your baseball career caused such hardship on your body.

Back to the topic at hand. I will miss ya Big Rey. I wish we could have found ways to utilize your strengths effectively!

Yes, because baseball is as physically demanding as basketball.

Allen Iverson I was not. No I wasn't talented enough. I had to work at it.

You spent the last year and a half knocking Rey. Now you take the high road? What did you like about his game? Please enlighten us.

Who is knocking Rey? I wish he stayed. It’s Moron Muller that couldn’t develop or use him that is the issue.

You and the other past ISU player named posters. Tell me oh great Rico, when did you find this love of Rey?

I don’t remember myself knocking Rey. I have always thought he had potential and towards the end of his freshman season he was showing flashes.

I have knocked his head coach many times and will continue to do so. I do feel like he wasted Big Rey. Not going to find many guys his size that come to Illinois state in my opinion.

I agree on the coming on at the end of his freshman year. That is why I thought he would breakout this season. He didn't though. With that body he could have owned the valley. I hope he learns to use it. He can make some money overseas.

We lost our top 2 scorers from last year (in MVC play). You better hope that Horne can score as the primary option.

No, we didn't.

https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/schools/illinois-state/2020.html

Copeland 14.3
Horne 11.3
Fisher 10.6

My bad they passed Hillsman the last two games. So they lose two of top 4 scorers. Either way I don’t see next year being any better.

We loss our top two leaders in turnovers. We also loss the two slowest players on defense ... Hillsman and Rey.
