Any idea on when the injured players might return?

Dec 4…We led practically the entire game. I believe it was Donewalds first game as head coach for us.Jan 21, 1978 - Birds beat #4 Larry Bird and InSU at Horton 81-76
Dec 4, 1978 - Birds lost first game of the year in OT in Terre Haute to Larry Bird 78-76 - InSU did not become ranked until week 4 of the season.
Dec 10, 1979 - Birds beat InSU in Horton 66-58.
Okay, thanks memory a little foggy from that December 10th, 1979 game.Dec 4…We led practically the entire game. I believe it was Donewalds first game as head coach for us.
Your correct, it was Donewalds first game as ISU head coach.Okay, thanks memory a little foggy from that December 10th, 1979 game.
#ReidKnowsNo love on here for Pedon’s matchup zone! With Indy blue throwing up bricks it was brilliant
We’ve had posters that say we should build a program like Gonzaga. We now have the same amount of Quad 1 wins as them this year.Quad 1 win...should help our at-large resume.
Was thinking the interview is tomorrow.Anything interesting from Coach Pedon's interview on WJBC this afternoon? I totally missed it.
And you are correct. Was thinking the interview is tomorrow.
I’m definitely stoked with the win in Terre Haute. That said with 3 of 4 at home it would take 3-1 to end the year and at least 1 win in STL for me to feel better about this season as a whole. To me, a lot hinges on the next game. If we roll Evansville, we may be on to something. If we lay an egg, we’ll know the Sycamore win was an anomaly and it’s back to the abyss.
For me, this is a huge game.
3 of 5 at home. We play Valpo the first weekend of March.I’m definitely stoked with the win in Terre Haute. That said with 3 of 4 at home it would take 3-1 to end the year and at least 1 win in STL for me to feel better about this season as a whole.
My mistake. Returning the favor of a road win at their place would be the polite thing to do.3 of 5 at home. We play Valpo the first weekend of March.
If the birds stumble into the end of the season the boo birds will be back out in force and rightly so. The old “you have to build up the wins” applies here.I’m definitely stoked with the win in Terre Haute. So I suppose we agree since finally defending home court would start with Sunday against Evansville.
Some of our fans need to lose the berating our players at home schtick. Probably has something to do with the difference in how this team plays at home.If the birds stumble into the end of the season the boo birds will be back out in force and rightly so. I’m not knocking the players or the fans. If you lose 3 of the next 4 and lose Thursday in STL then all the buzz and goodwill from the ISU blue game will be gone. And, rightfully so. Need to build on that win and have a good finish to the season, not limping across the finish line. Yes, it was a great win but the jury is still out on this season. Some of our fans need to lose the berating our players at home schtick. Dont build a rep of being a negative nancydont be so serious. laugh at it like birgs did. its just what usually happenes around here. birds, bulls, etc.
Not saying you were. Just saying it's a thing, and at this point, it's painfully obvious that this group performs better on the road away from the angst of the home fans.I’m not knocking the players or the fans.
