Not specific to the NKU game, but good article today on program status after first conference games:

The most interesting thing in the article to me was that Jordan Davis didn’t play in either MVC game and I didn’t even notice.

This only makes me wonder how his practices have been to this point. Giving Pence minutes is showing belief in his upside. If either of these two can step up it will surely improve the team

Davis is playing a position that is well manned by our current roster. He will really need to step up to help.
I think there is a spot for Pence to play, improve and contribute.

Well, it is still early and who knows what may be going on. Sissoko didn’t play much last year before the Horton game, and he had a moment there and at other times thereafter. I think it’s too soon to write him off. I hope he contributes.

If coach wants to build culture here, he needs to do everything in his power to continue the momentum from the last 6 days. He knows that winning will bring people back. I'm optimistic he will play the match ups to win and will do as you suggested.
The only culture that will draw fans is constant winning and an exciting OOC schedule.
Another option is to go the route where you recruit a high-flying run and dunk type of athlete and at least make it fun to watch.

I'm glad nku is just as bad at turnovers cuz damn. But if we give them that many offensive rebounds it's over. Fun first half. The pace is killer. It's a track meet

While we're up 30-26 at half, I do not like how we've played. We're too uncontrolled. We've allowed the pace to remain frenetic, and that will work in NKU's favor in the long run, imo.

NKU has a good defense but still way too many unforced turnovers
