No clue. Lesser gets shared here. We need a big and this guy would be an absolute haul. Likely? Probably not. Entertaining to daydream about? Absolutely. From Ohio......
Has Pedon had previous contact with him recruiting wise?
According to verbal commits Ohio State had offered him. From Ohio......

This is the game changer. If I'm Pedon- at this point I'm scouring the portal for a good big. I have everyone on my staff doing the same. We don't stop until we get him.Has received offers from Georgia St and Washington St so far.
Get the Rivian NIL offer ready!!This is the game changer. If I'm Pedon- at this point I'm scouring the portal for a good big. I have everyone on my staff doing the same. We don't stop until we get him.
Nothing like a nice electric truck for the kid!Get the Rivian NIL offer ready!!
South CarolinaFormer top 100 prospect 6'2 G Meechie Johnson just entered the portal from Ohio State. Averaged 4.4ppg this past season while averaging 18 min a game.
I believe it has to be submitted to the school in writing by 11:59. The school then has 48? hours to enter. I may be slightly off on time frame but it’s around 2 days.Today is the final day that players can notify their current school of their intent to transfer and get immediate eligibility. However, it may take a few days for the players name to actually show up in the portal. So, don’t be surprised if a few more names trickle out early this week.

Pedon's also trying to fill a roster for next year. So a 6-6/224 wing isn't a bad option to fill in for a year to get us to all those 2023 recruits they've offered.Assuming ISU is really pursuing him, I really don't get it. He played 2 years at San Jose, a couple games at LSU in COVID season and BYU last year. He has one year of eligibility and has been all over the place.
Pedon mentioned building a program and not a team. I am not sure how pursuing or signing a player like this accomplishes that.
Maybe I am just scarred by the San Jose St transfer thing.
Especially when you factor in a guy like this would be a replacement for Sy and help balance the classes.Pedon's also trying to fill a roster for next year. So a 6-6/224 wing isn't a bad option to fill in for a year to get us to all those 2023 recruits they've offered.
It's a combination of one year eligibility and his 4th team in 5 years.Pedon's also trying to fill a roster for next year. So a 6-6/224 wing isn't a bad option to fill in for a year to get us to all those 2023 recruits they've offered.
