Has received offers from Georgia St and Washington St so far.
This is the game changer. If I'm Pedon- at this point I'm scouring the portal for a good big. I have everyone on my staff doing the same. We don't stop until we get him.

Today is the final day that players can notify their current school of their intent to transfer and get immediate eligibility. However, it may take a few days for the players name to actually show up in the portal. So, don’t be surprised if a few more names trickle out early this week.

I believe it has to be submitted to the school in writing by 11:59. The school then has 48? hours to enter. I may be slightly off on time frame but it’s around 2 days.

Assuming ISU is really pursuing him, I really don't get it. He played 2 years at San Jose, a couple games at LSU in COVID season and BYU last year. He has one year of eligibility and has been all over the place.

Pedon mentioned building a program and not a team. I am not sure how pursuing or signing a player like this accomplishes that.

Maybe I am just scarred by the San Jose St transfer thing.

Pedon's also trying to fill a roster for next year. So a 6-6/224 wing isn't a bad option to fill in for a year to get us to all those 2023 recruits they've offered.

Especially when you factor in a guy like this would be a replacement for Sy and help balance the classes.

It's a combination of one year eligibility and his 4th team in 5 years.

San Jose St 2 years
LSU 1 semester
BYU 1 year
