Until the buckeyes hit the court I maintain they will be playing columbus community! I'll let you decide if the final word is college of high

fair enough (and if OSU gets it, this MTE will be a goner) ... this may be more of a non-conference season of "can anyone play" on any given night applies.

The reason the Buckeyes are even hosting a MTE is because they did not want to be locked into a mandatory fourteen day quarantine upon return from South Dakota.

If it is still a MTE then Florida might be a part of it. Umass lowell plays Florida on 11/25.

There are three team MTEs and multiple site MTEs (UAB/Kent State, Michigan State/Notre Dame). "MTE" is being applied rather loosely just to allow teams to schedule more games.

But they would to play Umass - Lowell and Ohio St.

Florida will now open against UMass-Lowell instead of Maine on Nov. 25 at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut. Event organizers swapped opening-round matchups between Florida and No. 4 Virginia. Virginia will now face Maine on Nov. 25.

The Cavaliers and Gators will meet two days later.

Holtmann makes it sound like a three team event, with Buckeyes playing us 11/25 and the River Hawks 11/29. Possible a Redbirds-River Hawks match-up on 11/27 (UMass-Lowell playing Florida in Connecticut for a one-off on 11/25).

Nine state schools, No fans in the stands. If there was ever a year to get them all together for non-conference games this would have been the one. Play them in Springfield at BOS Center where no one had an advantage.
