This right here is how far the MVC has fallen. Here we are talking about being snubbed for the NIT! Think about that for a moment where this conference was 5+ years ago. Being snubbed for the NCAA pretty much meant NIT bound. Now, not so much anymore.
Pretty sure if you look thru the history of bids to the NIT you’ll find other MVC teams that could claim to have been have been ‘snubbed’ most years. And I’m absolutely certain Drake wasn’t snubbed by the NCAA this year, so your argument holds no logical consistency.

Someone has probably already brought this up in another thread but I haven't seen it. I'm surprised anyone would play in these pay-for tourneys any more. Wasn't the argument that you wanted your guys to keep getting playing experience? With so many guys transferring between years nowadays, I can't see a reason why you would want to be building up your team's experience for next year because you generally won't even have any idea who is on your team next year.

What's with the logic here? This makes way too much sense.

Murray State a #7 seed????? Makes sense; after all, they didn't go undefeated.
