Beat me to the post ... its going to be close. I also wonder how the committee looks at Memphis who played Houston close again. That's twice in about a week.

Memphis beat nobody. Wichita State is the only decent win. Drake better hope Cincy doesn’t steal another bid today.

Right now everyone seems to have Drake last 4 in ... agreed Drake should be big Houston fans today

BTW ... many have the lasts two spots down to Utah St, Wichita St and Drake with Cincy win possibly eliminating one of those spots. I may smile a little bit if Drake gets in and Wichita doesn't

It would make my day if Drake makes it and WSU does not!!! But, I agree with most that Drake will probably not get in. Unfortunately they will find some excuse to put a P5 school in.

Ironic Drake and Wichita could be fighting for that last spot. So Wichita was the #1 seed in the “superior” conference they fled to, and still dueling with an MVC team for the last at large? Second guessing move to the American Conf? And whoever gets that last spot, it’s a gift from the Ivy League.

Lunardi chooses DU over WSU.
Palm chooses WSU over DU.
ISU Fan 1 chooses STL Billikens over DU & WSU

STL has better resume IMO

Curious why you say that. The LSU win is nice, but I’m just not a big fan of the 1-4 road record. That LaSalle loss is also atrocious.

The one thing we have to remember is no one there is “championing” the cause for Drake. Too many opportunities to keep them out. I’d like to see them in, but it won’t surprise me if they get bounced.

And Loyola will get screwed on the seed. A top 20 team should have at least a top 5 seed. They will get a 8-9 just so they can get whacked by Gonzaga in second round.

Just respect Pomeroy and Sagarin ratings which put STL ahead of them. It’s an overall resume look that includes everything, and doesn’t cherry pick a couple of data points within the overall resume.

as much as I would like to see Drake get in, seeing Syracuse anywhere near the vicinity gives me pause. The Orange should be called the cats, they never run short of lives (and Jim Boeheim must have incriminating information on every past, present and future selection committee member).

And today's word of the day will be quadrant, as in "1-10 in quadrant one is better than 0-1".

Funny that the NCAA spent money and resources to come up with the NET yet they do not even appear to trust it. Figure out what to measure and measure it, should not be that hard. Let everyone have a target to shoot for.

It’s all about the “eye” test. They get in who they want in.
