Bradley was hitting anything and everything in the first half and we were absolutely broke. As they usually do, it evened out In the second half. Great win and comeback.

That was good. That was a good second half of basketball. Way to go Redbirds!!!

That was a great second half!!! Bu sucks.

Speaking of sucking...the energy and crowd at RA. What the hell?!? We come back from 20 and the crowd is like “meh”? Why do people spend the $$$ for court side seats and act like they are at a funeral?

Go Birds!!!

I didn’t think there was anyway we were coming back, but we have seen again and again this year this team has heart and they don’t quit.

The little guy wasn’t up to speed. But the switch to having Lewis guard their scorer was brilliant. Changed the game. Any
Win over Bradley is good. Defended the home court. Am a happy boy. My grandson who lives in Arlington va is a true believer. He got the win tonight! 😃

Lewis was incredible on Roberts in the second half. He is such a good defender. He has length and quick feet. He was a good get in the portal.
Fleming and McChesney both brought a ton of energy in the second half. It was fun watching them hustle.

Reeves and Jo did their part and filled it up in the second half.

That was a really fun game in the second half and was even better because it was against Bradley. Plus, we are tied for fifth now with a chance to knock off Missouri State wed.

Same lineup that Covid wrote out and took Whisky to the wire, brought them back tonight by basically holding Bradley scoreless for 8-9 minutes -Reeves creating at point, Strong shooting guard, Lewis, McChesney and Schmitt. The length he has with Chatman, Schmitt, Lewis and McChessney, he can put almost big ten size out there against an undersized Valley and have Reeves at the point most of the time creating. In every successful comeback this season, they've played Reeves at point- he creates to score and doesn't make lots of bad turnovers. Lewis and McChesney seem to understand their roles and create real problems for opponents’ offense(or match up w a BigTen team). I truly hope the staff recognizes what they can change and be successful with- but it’s kind of like Nagy, coach has to be able to change system to fit his players, we will see

Unfortunate, but very telling. Let’s keep winning and see what happens.
At least the students came out, was a little impressed by that. I don't know how much the game time was a negative factor for families and such. Nowadays most people do get MLK day off, however. The SIU game is now the best opportunity to break 5,000, hopefully we keep building from here.

Sitting 6 rows behind the visitors bench the fans were vocal and standing up frequently. Students in the north stands near me were really in to it and stuck around to the end.

That was fun. Birds looked like they had dead tired legs in the first half but somehow scored a Lot of points in the second half.
