Here you go. All of you saying "Athletics doesn't ask for money for projects" here's your chance to directly support a project for basketball.

Recovery is critical in the 4th quarter, 5th set, 2nd half. Quick recovery also gets our athletes back to practice faster. There's already been mention of not playing in the late game Friday in STL. Well here ya go. This is a chance to actually do something tangible for our student/athletes.

Or "we" can continue complaining ad nauseam about our coach. :(

I've already donated but asked that the money be used for Muller's next contract extension.

How about going to an NCAA tournament or two! Good way to generate money!

I'm shocked we don't already have something like this? To me this is pretty damming of our 18th century athletic department. Whatever piddly amount they raised for the indoor facility should go towards something like this. It's much more needed.

I think the purpose of this was to just show donor funded projects in the price range of a recovery room. I don't believe it was meant to showcase ALL fundraising done for athletics.

Name what else Lyons has fundraised for? Hancock is student fees and done before him, Redbird Arena lower bowl is paid for by ISU funds. I honestly don’t think there are any other projects done my fundraising except some student tickets to the Loyola game.

Football locker room, Hancock Stadium (over $3 million raised in gifts through premium seat sales, suite sales, and private donations), Mounier golf practice area plus estate gift valued at over $17 million, every MVC championship ring, established at least seven new endowments. That is just off the top of my head.

I love it. The Kool Aid crew actually somewhat using facts for once. Caught me off guard. Good to see Larry has given someone his resume. I don’t really consider suite sales as fundraising, but I’ll give it to you. Other than Larry had really nothing to do with that.

The golf practice facility. Still my favorite donation in ISU history.

When you say "somewhat", can you clarify what wasn't factual? Suite sales include a donation to the renovation, so it is directly fundraising.

You asked a specific question, Rico. You got an answer. You choose to slam the the poster providing info. Classy.

I never slammed him...I said Kool Aid Krew. I actually complimented him because it was the first time that group actually used facts to support the argument.
