our horrible season last year probably didn't help much. I kept wondering why he posted that picture last night but then wasn't going to announce until 6pm the next day? Maybe he had a few other photo shopped pictures with other schools on them too. These days with kids and their social media accounts .... you just never know what will happen.

Hey, I would have loved it if he had come to ISU. At the same time, I'm not sure we want to build around a guy who posts what he did yesterday, and then makes a different decision today. I get that these kids are young and immature, but haven't we had enough of that sort of high-potential-low-achievement sort of player? (I get that the rejoinder is something about low-potential-low-achievement players.)

I made the mistake of reading the board in the morning. Of course it was exciting, but I kinda wished I'd have taken a day off and missed the rollercoaster ride. Sad thing is how much energy it would've pumped into the program. I feel like we'll playing again on Thursday night, and will probably be the underdog. Too bad Brunniga retired; I figured he'd really be healed up and ready to play next year.

Hey, the kid posted the picture not you. I feel stupid too for spreading this to my redbird friends, but the kid posted the picture. I felt 80 pct sure we'd get him, knowing that nothing's certain until they sign. It isn't like anybody made it all up. Just shows how much better the world would be without social media. Makes us all stupid and then we spread it like a virus. You haven't been the most optimistic about the team lately so when you got excited I really thought we had him.
