Athlon has them picked 12th out of 12 in their conference, but then again they have us pick 10th out of 10. Personally, I think we look deeper and more talented.

Defense has been solid except perhaps a few top many fouls. We have been scoring at a good clip when we don't turn it over

I think the McChesney made 3 will be the start of something good.

I was impressed with Fleming ability to rebound last year. He had 5 rebounds the first game (eight minutes) and already has 5 rebounds at halftime

Defensive energy has been really good. Shooting 53% from field, but it doesn’t feel like it, seemed like we struggled on offensive end. I guess 10 turnovers can make it seem so. Gotta cut down on TOs.

Fleming is one of the best rebounding guards around. Even if he doesn't get it he's right where the ball goes.

Zone in the 1st half was good. I think it's just EMU came out more aggressive and set the pace the 2nd. They've shut down Reeves.
