To my knowledge, walk-ons count. So in our case, 8 of 18. But it's really 8 of 15 with the two known RS (Williams and Samuels) and Freeman injury.
Per Kindred’s “Mums” article, it is 8 scholarship players and 1 coach.

No idea who the Redbirds will be throwing out to play Drake. As of this morning, Muller wouldn't guarantee that the game will be played on the ILST side of things with the understanding it is impossible to guarantee anything these days.

He said he hasn't held a practice in a couple weeks with more than 7 or 8 guys, so they haven't been able to simulate game experiences. He mentioned a lot of 3v3 and 4v4 and obviously couldn't say who was and was not practicing other than Mark Freeman, who suffered a nasty ankle sprain vs Wisconsin. He had been on crutches since that game and got into a walking boot over the weekend. I'd guess he's still a few weeks out.

Here is some info I received to clear up any additional questions about when games can be played:
It is scholarship players that teams need to have eight available for, but that also includes injuries (such as Freeman)…another note if it helps everything make more sense, Division I MBB teams have 13 scholarships, while WBB has 15, so them having three out is less impactful than if MBB has three out

The two re-schedules have been posted, as well as other tweaks in order to accomodate.

Get ready for a Friday (1/21) and a Monday (2/21) evening at Redbird Arena.
