Thought we’d finally put the QB sneak in the playbook???

agreed .. they had no one over our center ?????? That should always be an available audible on 4th and 1

I'm ok with conservative play calling with 6 mons left and 14 point lead, but we still need some first downs. Got to do a little more.

Huge break there with roughing punter.

it was leaping onto our blockers. Same as using OL/DL to block a FG .. cant jump on top, Caught a break there.

Our defense has been carrying us all year. We need something special from the offense next year. On to Fargo.

Making the quarter's with all the injuries this team has had is impressive. All the haters on this board have got awful quiet. I imagine if it doesn't go well next week they'll be back!!

I also want to point out how the ncaa has screwed the valley again. Amazing how the valley is 5-1 with its only loss against another valley team. And uni has to go to JMU.

A lot of paybacks this season. This one went back to 2016. UCA was tough up the middle so a lot of runs had to go outside. Really good blocking by the TE's and good blocking on the perimeter by Rutkiewicz including the mammoth hole on the jet sweep TD.
Defensively another awesome game for Taylor and Lewan looked good up front.
Jefferson plays mistake-free football and so does Mr. Robinson. James runs so well it's easy to overlook the fact that taking care of the football is one of his main attributes.
There's another name for "not losing." It's called WINNING.

I was thinking the same thing. Certain screen names of so-called Redbird Fans have been missing with so little to ridicule. If we lose in Fargo they'll be back like jackals and barking about how we can't beat the "good" teams. As if beating two teams on the road that were both 9-3 is totally expected. It's been grand without them.

Also a team that had an extra week of rest and no travel!! Go Birds

Congrats to these players for another solid game of taking care of the ball, running the football, and stopping the opponent’s offensive attack. I’m thoroughly-impressed with our Defense and love how we are just physically beating teams right now. For all the injuries this team has faced this year, and with our offensive woes, I thought it would be an early exit out if the playoffs.

This team has persevered and shown that they have great team character. Now it’s on to Fargo to see if we’ve closed the gap since our meeting 10/1. I am really looking forward to seeing what we can do. It’s going to be a heckuva test (especially without Proctor), but I expect us to have a much better showing this time around.

The pressure is in the Bison. Let’s hang one on them, huh?

I can't remember a Redbird defense playing this well in big games. It seems like every time we need a play they make it. And they're so deep it's scary. Next week is a big week. Winning 2 playoff games without throwing for 100 yards in either game. Wow.Too many great performances to mention but I will say this. James Robinson has some Never Die Easy in him, and I've never really said that about anyone before. He's running that way.

Defense travels!

Absolutely love how this team has dominated both of these playoffs games doing what it does best with the ground game and staunch “D”.

Absolutely pumped about next Saturday. Let’s give ‘em hell!

Thoroughly enjoyed the game! Very few mistakes

This Dusty Jefferson kid is turning out to be a pretty good QB

Got to listen to the second half of the game. Strong defensive effort again and great running by Robinson. Jefferson has been steady in the two playoff games. The Birds have made the quarterfinals of the FCS championship series despite injuries to key players. Really happy with both playoff wins.
