I would like to see those "softest fans" stats. I have been to a lot of games in my life. Thousands. We are far, far from the softest. Of course, that is just my opinion. But I am sure the poster has the stats and facts to back that claim up.

All you need to do is hop on RBF and you can see that in about 3 seconds. Most of the posters just like to complain about whatever they can. #cryb****moan
Booing is part of sports. If you don't like it, don't play. We all need to have some thicker skin.

Maybe we should hand out ribbons for not participating...

For $5 I wouldn't expect a quality cut.

For free education, I expect some sort of quality on the court.

Well. to be honest $5 is like $1 per hair so if you dollar cost average that out to a normally haired person it's a high quality priced haircut

I have always respected and valued your posts and opinions but lately all I see is you trying to pick fights with posters.
I am sick and tired of our fan base being full of a bunch of whiners.

Unproveable claims are made all of the time. With our two buzzer beater losses in 2019, a Redbird fan might say, "We have the unluckiest team in the world!" However, the people of Cleveland or Buffalo would probably disagree. It's all about perspective. We might have the softest fan base in sports, we might not. There's no way to know.

We do have some pretty soft fans. If you complain about people, who pay their ticket and/or donations and decide to boo, then that's a "you" problem. Coming off a HUGE win at home vs Loyola, the players came out and looked like they didn't care. I for one didn't boo, but if someone did, then they did. They paid their money, and they can do whatever they want, outside anything that gets them arrested. Also, these players are above 18 years old, so they are big boys, they can handle it. A thread about whether it is right or wrong to boo is hilarious to me.

Agree that unproveable claims are made all the time. Especially by a few here. I also agree that we have some pretty soft fans. Just saying that ours are the softest in all sports needs to get out a little more IMHO.

Yelling at a funeral isn't illegal. If you cross a line at a game you can he ejected or arrested. Ask Greggggggg's wife but regular booing isn't aginst the law even at a funeral. People protest soldiers funerals all the time. You don't have to like it but completely acceptable to do
