You can do a 7 day free trial for ESPN+ and just cancel after the game. I guess you could do that all season if you don't want to pay, use different emails or whatever.

I bought ESPN+ because I like watching all the MVC games.

You get a 7 day trial but just pay the $5 per month through February then cancel and re subscribe next November. $20 per season that way.
