Gained a lot of respect for boeheim and babers. Dan should consider taking this action

Please take this up with Dan, and leave us out if it.

Saw a good quote the other day.

"It's high time for admin/exec salaries to be questioned in detail, but that's my opinion for all industries."

Are you not concerned about the financial impacts of COVID on Illinois state athletics? Dans pay cut could salvage some small sports. I would definitely gain a lot of respect for Dan if he did this. He is the highest paid employee at ISU. I think it’s fair to pose this as an opportunity for him to show he truly cares and wants what is best for ISU. It would be a totally selfless move and probably change many peoples opinions about the guy.

I say have Trey step up to the plate. He's the deep pocketed booster most readily capable of paying off the impact on the state. I'm spending my check on tank tops or I would help out

I could easily buy and sell this product then flush it down the toilet with draino. Money isn't the issue it's the product. I can't pay for something I do not know about. Sorry, maybe you operate that way when you go on match.com....

Strawman argument. Take it elsewhere.

You're the one constantly bringing it up . . . over and over and over . . . So take it up with Dan.

OK, I will wait until ISU announces they are cutting funding for specific sports. Then I will bring it up so we can have an intelligent conversation at that point since you're too busy to be bothered by this topic. Thanks.

I know you have become my rival on here, but we need a separate board for things we agree on and I do not plan on drinking rubbing alcohol for any reason.

Come up with a cogent, unbiased opinion and maybe I'll participate.

I’m sorry I am biased. I want what is best for ISU and the student athletes. I will feel really bad for the tennis and swimming and diving teams if their programs are shut down when an employee could step in and keep it from happening. I just so happen to know one man who could step up here. Dietz, spack and Lyons could do the same as far as I’m concerned but Dan is the at the top of the salary mountain.

I say you then bail on those games. I can see like 50% pay rate, but nobody is going to take an automatic loss for no financial gain.
