From Instagram posts, I have seen Lewis, Freeman, Stadelman, Chatman, Ndiaye, Andrews, Strong, Kotov, McChesney, and Johnson. Have personally not seen Washington, Fleming, Schmitt, Miller, or Sissoko. FWIW I saw Samuels, but not Williams (both red shirts).
At least we have confirmation on 5 of our top 6. It would hurt to have Fleming out, he brings a lot of energy. Ndiaye, Andrews, and McChesney will have to be ready to step up if Schmitt, Washington, and Sissoko truly are out. If Miller and Fleming are out, we will likely need Johnson and/or Stadelman to step up. We are relatively thin at the guard spots in general. As you alluded to, Fleming is definitely the most active on Instagram of the players not accounted for. The other ones are quite a bit more quiet so there is still hope that they are in town.
Not sure what the current protocol is for isolation, but it is not the end of the world if we are missing a few players now. This is a highly contagious variant and it seems like pretty much everyone will get it, vaccinated or not, so it is just a matter of time. Hopefully if it does hit our team, it hits it in multiple waves so we do not have to cancel games. The new Valley policy is you must play if you have 8 players available. It seems like we have at least 10 for this game. We will know more after tonight, but I am hopeful everyone is available on January 5th for the Loyola game!
