You really are obtuse.Hillbilly huh? Does tone have a offer to play at Duke? No. Huh. Now let me spell this out for you, schmuck. What everyone else is saying is the scouts find players at mid majors all the time. They don't hold that against them for staying put. This has happened even during the transfer years. You don't think P5 were after Ja but they are after tone? The sure sign of a jagoff is someone who can't admit they might be wrong and then resorts to being a pompous ass to people. And yeah I am tired of your damn name calling of everyone on here that dares to not agree with you.
Yes we are all following you. The issue is you seem to think that Tone is the only mid major player to ever have a chance to transfer up. Can you follow that? Or are you too high from smelling your own farts? You really are obtuse.
I’m the one who started this whole conversation.
Let me spell it out slowly for you…
Of course talented players will be discovered no matter where they play. You with me?
I’m simply saying that having a solid offer from a high level P5 program (the assumption here is Reeves getting a chance to transfer to Wisconsin) and turning it down because you want to pad your stats at a program playing at an easier level, would likely raise a red flag.
Still with me, Sherlock?
Show me where I ever said anything as remotely moronic that Tone was the only my player to ever have a chance to transfer up. I’ll wait.Yes we are all following you. I question your competitive nature.
Yes, I agree.Well, aren't there other reasons to stay at your current school other than "padding your stats"? Like sticking with your initial choice, staying with your guys you've made progress with, helping a program turn the corner, liking the school and the environment and your education, being a senior leader, blah blah blah? Isn't it just as wrong to transfer just to "show your stuff", "use" the new program for your own personal gain, etc.
Gonna mix a little moonshine with my kool-aid tonight!!
Now that’s funny. Well playedI question your competitive nature.
Good lord go take a nap or somethingYes, I agree.
And for the one thousandth time, I was simply speculating that NBA scouts may (and the operative word here is “may”) perceive someone not willing to transfer up to better competition as possibly “soft”.
All I was doing was speculating and some of you simpletons have gone out of your f’ing minds with non-sequitur’s.
I swear, some of you see certain posters’ comments and, without even reading the content, you’ve already formed in your mind a moronic response.
Flip the script and the exact same type of comment posted by one of your beloved circle jerk members comes up and you slobber all over yourselves with agreement.
It’d be funny if it wasn’t so sad…and predictable.
Here’s a tip for all on this board…
Read the entire message, think on it for a while, contemplate, respond (if necessary).
For the thousandth time. If scouts MAY perceive those players as soft then no mid major would ever get drafted because you are dumb if you don't think the P5 teams aren't always whispering in that type of player at the mid major level. Can you understand that? Can you read a whole post?Yes, I agree.

I’ll set the over/under on the number of times you’ve touched a hot stove to see if it still hurts at 5.For the thousandth time. Also, the humor is based on smugness of those who think they are better than others. You being a person that thinks that by calling us hillbillies because I assume you live in California. It is a shame so many things go over your head.
You must have read that Dale Carnegie book, “How To Win Friends and Influence People.”Wow. You think? Another brilliant take from one of the “crusty-get-off-my-lawn-crew” members.
I prefer his lesser know first attempt at publishing, “How to Win People and Influence Friends”.You must have read that Dale Carnegie book, “How To Win Friends and Influence People.”
Not by you.I prefer his lesser know first attempt at publishing, “How to Win People and Influence Friends”.
Are you feeling influenced yet?
I'll give you a hint it's under.I’ll set the over/under on the number of times you’ve touched a hot stove to see if it still hurts at 5.
Does it suck to have words put in your mouth?Yes, I agree.

I don’t recall whining about “words being put in my mouth” so I’ll assume this is mainly projection.Does it suck to have words put in your mouth?
That's so sad
