Sadly, close to 100% of those 8,200 who were 45 y/o or older at that game in 1998 are either deceased or are not physically able to attend tomorrow’s game.
How many of the students (Red Rage) who were in attendance at that game (who are now in that 45 y/o range) will be in attendance tomorrow night?
Sad that the students at that game were the last students to have been a part of Redbird basketball playing in the NCAA tournament.

I don’t have a bad feeling about this game, but I’d feel much better knowing status of Burford and KLew. I’d imagine both are held out as precautionary measures.

I don’t stand while I watch Golden Girls on my brown couch. Sure I stand and clap for a Betty White zinger, but not the entire show. Same with ISU games, and I expect the same decorum from my fellow fans. One time, at Arch Madness, I sat in a row behind Wichita State fans (not playing ISU), and they stood the entire game. I didn’t see one play. One of their fans turned around and yelled, “It’s basketball!” After that game, I sent Gregg Marshall my Golden Girls VCR tape, but spliced in Jackie’s karate kick. Boy, I wish I could have seen his face. Anyway, just thought I would jump into the fray with my first post of the season. Oh, and I already booked my Arch Madness suite for the Sugar Bears. If you want to stop by, you have to send me a Cutwater to enter the raffle.
