My father fought for Patton. Third Army, 35th Division, it was one of the six divisions Patton turned north to Bastogne. Patton always made sure they had hot chow and bed rolls and other stuff made it up to the line every night. Is was a top notch run Army. When 35th got transferred after theBulge to the Ninth Army the troops were not as well taken care of. My father also thought Bobby Knight was an Asshole. He would never consider Patton an asshole. He believed Patton truly cared for the common soldier.

I’ll admit, I didn’t expect Walker to look as comfortable as he does and compete right away. I assumed some of his success in HS was due to being much bigger than opponents.

I love seeing him on the court and how well/hard he plays.

When we got there two starting bigs and early foul trouble, I would have loved to seen Walker and Foster in there at the same time. It's not like our guards are slowing down their guards anyway.

The difference in way screens are set is mind boggling. First our players rarely get close enough to the scree. Second the screener roles too soon or does th ghost screen. Make some contact on those picks.

Long-time member. Been a long time since I’ve posted.

Drove down to a game for first time in a few years.

Pedon is very very far away from being the caliber coach Wardle is. In every aspect. Recruiting. Preparation. Mindset. In-game adjustments. Defensive game plan and intensity. Execution both sides.

The most important thing though is….we are at a severe disadvantage talent wise. If Pedon does not get better players in here nothing else matters. Our guards are waaaaay overmatched. SIUs backup PG is our starting PG? What are we doing?

What a total clusterf**k. Pedon spends all this time rallying students and community support this week - which was a great effort - and then THIS is the result. Team didn't even show up. Close losses are frustrating. Losing to Valpo was embarrassing. But this is a new level of dogshit. Run out of Carver Arena-East without a chance.
