Side note: it is nice to see our barstool account really into the performance of the baseball team. It seems like the account admin has really stepped it up lately (for basketball as well). The barstool account has better reach and drives more students to games than Red Alert when run well in my opinion. I feel most of the recent past (including last semester) the account just tweeted sparingly about the football games, so major props to whoever the current admin is right now.

After the homerun leading off the 8th to cut the lead to 3-2 the Redbirds got screwed when the next batter was called out at first when he was clearly safe. After a review the umpires failed to overturn the call. Even the Arkansas announcer’s said he was safe.

I did catch that one, I believe it was for the second out and not the first out, however. Was pretty crazy and disappointing. Could have followed up with anything from a home run to a double play, who knows, but worth mentioning. I believe our dugout was on the third base side otherwise I'd think Coach Holm would've had a conversation with the umpire about that review.
