After we signed all those guards the coach said he was trying to add another big. The fact that he added two makes me wonder. I'll assume Fischer was too good to pass up, or maybe there's something happening behind the scenes that made him add another. All I know is we are few players over now. Shouldn't be a problem finding enough guys to scrimmage at hoop fest 2018!

Well, unofficially, I have ISU at 3 over the limit. Still thinking Romine is gone, Gassman loses this ride, but am totally guessing on those or what else might be happening. I am truly hoping it is not something bad with grades or some other type of ineligibility.

GO BIRDS!

Obviously some guys are paying their way next year. Not sure if u can still give guys grant and aid instead of a athletic scholarship.

Ok so here is how I see this going down. Chastain, Gassman and Romine all pay their own way. All three will get scholarships next season. Hein will graduate early and grad transfer work two years remaining and get his master's degree. Romine owes Dan for not burning him a year once NCAA rules.

This really getting ridiculous. The latest player looks like a real steal though. Great stats and resume. Looks like a quality young man.

I think we still have room for Payton if he decides to return!

I notice Payton still doesn't have any new offers on verbal commits. Just ISU...

This has become quite the interesting game of Clue. IT WAS PROFESSOR PLUM, dammit!!

The big math test is coming up within a week, according to our beloved Coach Miller, i mean Mueller, i mean Mullen, i mean...

Heck of an offseason for our team and coach!!! Question is...can we handle expectations?? This is not a young team anymore. Seasoned guys. That should play in our favor. Are we going to play for stats and individual glory, or for team?

It was the CANDLESTICK!!!

You know there could be something to this for a few guys. There is "the house".
So a couple in state guys pay their own tuition. The guys on rides use their housing allowance to pay the rent. The in state guys crash. :shifty:  Then next year.....
I like this more than a roster with 3 guys on scollie who can't play and only 10 who can. :naughty:

Final grades are due by teachers today, though most (if not all) of the players finished finals a week early, two years ago. Hopefully we have what the rest of the MVC is calling "The Redbird Logjam" figured out today.
