crazzymark was off by 1 point for each team....35-19 final score. crazzymark...36-20!
I need to rethink this team because before today I didn't think this was a National Championship team and now the Redbirds belong in the conversation.
There are free-cancellation rooms in Frisco just begging to be booked. Just sayin...
Good idea. Getting that done.

Final analysis: OC Beatherd gets an A+ (play calling and selecting Davis as starting QB). Both lines were fantastic but the OL gets the edge (A++). Davis looked great but I think he will get even better as the season progresses. RBs were fantastic (Robinson reminds me of Walter Payton).

A GREAT TEAM WIN!

I'll take my crow BBQ'd please.

Saw only the 4th quarter live, haven't watched the beginning yet, but looked like our boys did themselves proud. Even the announcers were talking about how the Birds would start to fade in the elevation, and then JRob cranked off that last TD run and said "take that Jack"!!

Should be plenty of motivation to get after the rest of the MVFC.

St. John's won 59-0 vs. Carleton. Great day for a ball game in Minnesota. 9000+ in attendance for Homecoming and Family Day for a DIII game, not too bad.
9K for a D3 game is just awesome. I've had kids play at both schools, but have never made it up there. That needs to change.

Game day in Collegeville is pretty cool. Beautiful campus, stadium is a natural bowl surrounded by trees, they do some pretty decent tailgating at the "official" lot altho we have our own little spot we settle in. St. Thomas comes in in a couple weeks and there'll be 13K or maybe more there.
