We were talking to Matt last year after the Indiana State game in Terre Haute and my daughter was hesitant to talk to him. We told her, just go over and ask him if he would take a picture with you, he's a nice guy. He overheard us tell her that, looked at her and said, "Yeah, I think I'm a nice guy." LoL. He is a really good person, and he's really good around kids.

I was not surprised in the slightest when he gave up his scholarship because he truly is a high character guy. Definitely glad he represents the Birds.

Wasn't that the game that the trees chopped off our apples and handed them back to us??

Yes. It was ugly, but we stayed for the whole game and supported them even though the way they played more than justified taking off early.

Woah- Keyshawn played with some crazy guys in AAU. Tacko Fall (UCF), Ben Simmons(76ers), Antonio Blakeney (Chicago Bulls), Berry Brown Jr. (K-State), Fletcher McGee (Woffard, top 3 point shooter in the country last season).

Apparently, Key got looks from Clemson, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Miami.
