I wish Coach Mike Banks all the best. I would like him to stay a Redbird forever but there is a school of thought that you can't fully grow as a FB coach unless you leave the nest at some point and see how other schools approach the game. I have to admit that SDSU has been approaching it very well. Maybe Coach Banks will learn some things and bring that knowledge back home someday.
I get that aspect and agree, but very surprised he stayed FCS and stayed in conference. A lateral move. I thought he would move to the FBS level. So it raises a lot of questions.

Gotta love reading the responses. They run the gamut from doomsday to perfect signing. One was spot on: “Good pass protector and stud short yardage back.” But my favorite was: “He won me a fantasy league his first year, so I’m all in.”
