Is it required for him to enter the portal prior to transferring to West Virginia or could he transfer without entering the portal?

Pretty sure he has to portal it. But he doesn’t have to publicize it . . . though other sources will out him.

Eventually we’ll just rename the team the Converse All Stars. Exhibition season will be amazing
