If you truly have insider information that you can't talk about then keep it to yourself and STFU because you're not supposed to be talking about it. In 99% of the cases there is no insider information youre just being a lonely pathetic guy behind a computer.
I don't have inside information but any time I have seen Madison around, he had walked with a bit of a limp. He always seemed to be in some pain and I'm basing that on his body language.

I didn't mean specifically you. There are several people on here that act that way, however.

Wouldn't expect anything less.

I'm talking in generalities. There are things behind the scenes that go on that most dont know about. This one was documented throughout the season, but other issues aren't.

You don't need to turn everything into a debate. Chill.

If someone didn’t see this coming from a mile away, they weren’t paying attention. Not debating anything.

The I'm cooler than you because I have insider information mentality of this board is really pathetic. And, yet it keeps going.
I didn’t consider MW’s knee issues inside info. IMO, his chronic knee issues had become part of the public discussion, and had been threatening an end to his basketball career for some time now.

Thanks Madison for your defense, your hustle and that dunk against Valpo! Your enthusiasm and energy will really be missed. So glad you will stay and get your degree.

Good luck MW, finish that degree and continue to be a winner and follow your dream, even with this little obstacle. You will be missed!

Madison did in two years what few players do, created a positive lasting memory. That dunk against Valparaiso will live in ISU lore for years. Happy Madison gets to finish his schooling. He was a great athlete and when his knees weren't killing him he was hitting his outside shot above 40%.

A man shows up in a Redbird uniform...and succeeds as a basketball player...

Knees...ankles...we probably all have one joint that we need to complain about when we touch a basketball...

I love Madison's defensive ability...you guard to support your team's victory...

Then at a Valpo game...a perfect slam dunk made such a BOOM...that I saw and heard it rip through the nets while watching the game from Gibson City, IL.

I definitely do not see this as a shortened end to a career....but just a step up to the next achievement. And when Madison takes that next step...I hope he will not wince when he applies his muscles to that next step...

Hopefully pain fades...but memories do not.

Sorry to hear he won't be playing more. You definitely saw his potential. There was a time during the season when he started nailing 3 pointers, but then his knee flared up. It obviously affected his game. I'm glad they are keeping him on scholarship though; he earned it by always hustling and working hard.
