I ordered and paid for 3 upper bowl tickets for the Kentucky game @Rupp Arena. I was told I would be emailed instructions and where to pick them up and still haven't heard anything. Anyone else order lower bowl tickets with no guidance on where to get them yet?

Our tickets through StubHub are in her StubHub wallet. If you're aren't there I would contact the seller.

Thanks for the info. We ordered ours directly through ISU's website, they had upper bowl tickets for $45 each. Anyone else take this path for the tickets?

I have not received any info. I just know that the tickets are supposed to be physically printed. I thought I saw that the tickets were for will call at Rupp Arena, but I'm having trouble finding that info now. We were supposed to get more information from the ticket office.

There appears to have been some communication issues regarding these tickets that several people have experienced. If you haven’t yet, I would recommend you email the ticket office and copy Athletics Admin. Staff ASAP to check on ticket allocation/status of order. I believe the team is traveling on the 28th.

I went through ISU for tickets, but sad to say the experience wasn’t great. I called in multiple times last week (after the point the original email said we would get word, but hadn’t) and it seemed no one knew anything. I was finally able to talk to one gentleman in development who at least confirmed I was getting a ticket. I then got an email this Tuesday with info. It essentially said the tickets are there at will call, but it did include this at the bottom. Hope that helps! Good luck!

Kat Brucken, Assistant Director of Stewardship, will be your point of contact in Lexington and will be at Will Call to assist you in receiving your tickets. Her cell phone number is (edited: DM if you need the number).

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or Kat Brucken.

Go Birds!

Our ticket office has been iffy this year, but it is possible that we were waiting on Kentucky for information. Our athletic department has been stuck going at Kentucky's pace for the most part and they haven't shown much urgency to communicate to our athletic department.

Anyways, for those going to the game that haven't heard, there will be a team send off at 4:45 in the Hyatt Regency lobby. Doors to Rupp Arena open at 5:30.

Maybe Kentucky is dragging their feet on ticket issue to avoid scalping?
