So I appreciate the highlight tape but it tells you so little about the true nuances of a player.

With that said, what I like most about it is he's got a fundamentally good shot...which isn't so common these days.

To add further excitement, Kinziger’s opponent, Strive For Greatness, features Bronny James.

Bronny’s teammates on Strive for Greatness include players committed to USC, Michigan State, Howard, Boise State, two kids going to Overtime Elite and an uncommitted 4 star.

Feeling even better about that near triple-double.

I don't like how the comment is saying that "schools need to take a harder look at Kinzinger". Does a verbal (or even signed LOI) really mean anything anymore? We're way past the rules of Justin Dentmon. I don't think you have to even have a "reason" to change your mind anymore and it appears schools will openly still recruit kids that are committed elsewhere.

The original tweet that stated that was before he committed to ISU.

Cool, although the concern does still exist until he arrives on campus. That being said, watching his video interviews about his commitment, I have a sense he sees an opportunity to come here and be an integral part of a team that builds something special here.
This could shape up to be a transformational class coming in. Only time will tell

He definitely could be poached. Will not be surprised if it happens. UW comes a calling, he's gone.

That Tweet was stamped May 30. It definitely doesn't help us when it is re-tweeted though!

Or maybe we can just believe the kid that he has a special bond with this staff.

I know positivity is impossible when it’s been this long since we’ve had success.
And we have a history of good recruits leaving before they even get here.

*cough* Justin Dentmon *cough*

It’s a new staff. It’s a new era. Just because prior regimes failed doesn’t mean this one will.

I'm hoping we've figured out that there's more to building a team and a program than collecting the best athletes we can find. That there are still kids out there who believe in us vs. me. Call me crazy.
