Is anyone going to Louisville for baseball tomorrow?

We will be in Section 212

You will have a great time. Our group went in 2010 and it was awesome.

We were going to go all weekend this year, but didn’t want to break our boycott of going to ISU events until Lyons is gone.

Great win by the birds. Was a heart stopping win today. Looks like Louisville tomorrow.
With results like this I think we've found our bad penny. Please keep up the boycott

I did go to every MVC tourney game, but stayed outside the fence. Refuse to give ISU or Doug Elgin’s MVC my money.

Yesterday was an awesome experience. We saw the UIC/Indiana game and there was a great story there as well. The freshman reliever who entered the game for Indiana and pitched 3 and 2/3 scoreless relief had lost his father to a heart attack the previous week. The family was sitting two rows in front of us with t-shirts honoring the father and this son.

The weather was awesome and the only thing better was the game. The Birds are scrappy, focused, and played exceptional defense. We sat next to a few Hoosier fans during that game who were rooting for ISU. We came to find out one of them played basketball with Dan in high school. He and his father had nothing but praise for Dan as an athlete and person.

Sadly we had to drive back last night for my nephew's birthday. I hope a few of you make the trip ... it was/is a great experience. The baseball team deserves our support and you will not be disappointed. BTW ... they sell beer at Louisville for $6 for those if you that care about that.

Wow. You took in a lot more than a couple of baseball games. Thanks for the post.
