I thought I read that they're coming off back-to-back 23 when seasons and we're expected to be pretty good.

Niko left a good program. Dude knows how to build. He'll be at his alma mater Minnesota in no time

Watched a bit if the game, Loyola started off the game shooting horribly and Furman played really well. Loyola needed a 20-2 run ,I believe, late in the first half to even get back in it by the half. I don't think at the end of the year this will be considered a bad loss, but I think at home and with their schedule it really wasn't one they could afford to lose.

Their at-large chances just went poof.

Nah. Too much season left for all of college basketball. The FF run still leaves a trail of credibility, even if the selection committee denies it.

It was mostly a joke, but they will HAVE to beat Nevada.

Will need to beat Nevada (November 27th) and/or Maryland (December 8th) to have a shot (Which they probably would have had to do even if they had beaten Furman).

Wasn't sure where to put this, so this will work.

Went to check in on our Final Four friends from the north just to see what's been going on with them and something jumped off the page. Krutwig has finally missed 2 shots this past Friday night. He is 23-25 (92%) from 2 this season. Up until then, he was perfect from the field. Either he is getting uncontested shots or he is having one tremendous start to this season. I thought losing Richardson and Ingram would put a ton more pressure on him to produce this year, but it appears that he hasn't been affected by it yet. Hope he regresses to the mean before we tangle with them.

One weakness? He's 10-20 from FT so far this year.

Also, congrats to Furman. Solid start for them.
