I believe his reputation is getting to the point where he will be a head coach, at a P5, probably a good to really good P5, maybe even a top 10 P5 program...very very soon.

And to think he was plucked from high school, and that he started on the women's side. There are a load of fantastic coaches who don't coach at the college level...in all sports.

Good story about Will Robinson in the Dennis Rodman 30 for 30 by Bill Lambier. Will was a scout for the Pistons that found Rodman. Lambier thought Will was nuts because he was telling them how good Rodman was. Lambier was shocked to find out Will knew what he was talking about.
