Hate to stereotype...but some of those in the stands don't look like current students.
Did Matthew McConaughey get to go? I'd have to imagine this would piss off some longtime season ticket holders...at least it would at ISU. The crowd that does go to games still seems pretty anti-noise.
It's a cool thing they did though. I'd be all over it if I was a Texas student.
Also goes to show you what a difference in money there is between P5 and every one else. That sweet sweet TV money for football.
Agreed, not building the football program and maximizing its potential, has cost Illinois State dearly.

Call me crazy, but I'm guessing several consecutive 25-win seasons would do wonders for attendance.

If consecutive 25 win seasons is what we are waiting on, we might be waiting awhile since we've only had 2, 25 win seasons since the last time we went to the NCAA tournament.
