Phil is not a 'skilled' player, so to speak...but damn, he brings so much to the game and to our team. A lot of good quality guys on this team that are easy to like, but Phil is my fave.

Easily can argue him as MVP...I even thought last year, going down the stretch, he was our most valuable guy (outside of fouls). Although the MVP will go to 3 guys this year, as it probably should.

HAhahahahaaaa...you misread the mystery. Phil's hardly a good shooter. Wouldn't exactly call him Magic in handling the basketball. He's not gonna pull up and bury a 30 footer. He's not a 'pretty' player.

What he is, though, in my opinion...is our most valuable guy. He brings so much positive energy to the game and to the team, and 10 feet around the basket he impacts the game as much as anyone. Emotionally he's the kind of player that can impact an entire arena.

He's a Kenny Battle type of player. (sacrilegious statement here on Redbirdfan) Understand that 30 years later they're still handing out a KennyBattleAward over in Champaign.

The pantagraph game pics were a hilariously good collection. ALOT of strange facial expressions. LOL Loved them!

The BIRD CROWD looked awesome from the TV angle!!!

Camera coverage of the game....practically threw out my neck from the way the angles were switched from cams. I was not impressed with the coverage of the game.

The ONE BIG thing that basketball needs to do is provide better camera coverage of game play. Football is easier to view from TV/online than a basketball court.

If the point of these pictures is to be funny, it is not working as well as you might suspect. Now, if your point is to make people uncomfortable, then you have succeeded. There are women on this board, and there are fathers, grandfathers, brothers, and sons of women as well. A good rule of thumb about posting anything is that if you'd be uncomfortable with you mom, sister, grandma, or the girl who you would like to date seeing the posts, then don't post it.

The people in life who try and educate you that you are coming off bad are not the problem. But, if you are going to dismiss them, then they are wasting their breath (or keyboarding as the case may be), and I won't comment on this again as I'm giving it my best shot. I'm not trying to be a prude or over-react, and you certainly have the right to post these images if you want, but other people have the right to ask you not to do so.
