I also got the “file not found” error. Used Alumni Association “contact” link to report.

It was a good call Today, full hour of Coach Spack.

Notes : had around 106 people on the call
Very Comfortable with the Quarterbacks(went thru everyone) and Running Backs(DEEP), and healthy receivers.
Looking forward to the Illini game, it will be a challenge...
Hoping Mclean County will be in phase 3 of the China Virus, that means on campus weight lifting begins June 1, otherwise everything is getting pushed back, Hopeful the season will start on time, is excited about the team.
Likes the Missouri Valley Conference, sees no reason to leave, and it on par with the MAC.
If season does not happen or no fans, it will hurt athletic department $$$.
Did mention the END ZONE club, to help the players with food, and He sends a weekly insider email to contributors.
Interesting He mentioned if You know of a promising HS player, to contact them..........

Please add to my comments..............

He is very comfortable with the QB situation now and in the future.
Thought last years team should have been ranked #2 in the final poll.
This is the most talented team from top to bottom he has had.
If we are healthy, we will make a deep run.
Has built the team to match up with and beat NDSU.

Disappointed that my schedule didn’t allow me to log in today.

Really hoping we have college football in the fall, especially considering how good this team looks to be.

Coach would have kept on going had they let him.

Very informative hour. Hope to hell we play after listening to Brock!

I've never found Coach Spack to be the type of coach to hype his teams or players. He generally is direct and straightforward when talking about his teams. He sure appears to be confident with this particular group.

But in my mind we're not going to get where we (and he) wants to go without an improved passing game. We were last in the MVFC, by a significant margin. Of course we had receivers and other offensive players out for much of the season, but QB Davis wasn't hurt until mid November. He only missed one whole game and much of another during the regular season.

Spack was always my favorite interview. You ask him one question and he's going to answer it directly but also answer your next 5 questions in that one answer.

Other coaches/people I've interviewed it'd be like Belichick-ian. "Coach what did you see from your team today that you liked?" "A lot of guys did a lot of good things, some other guys didn't do some things as well as others."

Thanks for the recap of the zoom call. I could not tune in so I was interested in what would be said. I have a question that I am sure folks out there can help me with. Since I am so far away from Normal, and Illinois for that matter, I have not paid much attention to things like season tickets and such. Just not a factor for me with the distance. I read the comment about the END ZONE club helping with food for the players. I probalby can look it up on the website but can someone give me the down and dirty on how that works? I would not mind dumping some cash to help with something like player nutrician. If there are other benefits from being a member of the club I would probably not be able to take advantage but I like the idea of donating some funds that go directly to the program. I have given some money before but you don't always know where it is going. The hype for the indoor practice facility where it appeared the university said donations were going one place and then it did not happen has cooled my donation fever. Any personal experience with this would be appreciated.

I think he feels it was a WR issue not a Davis issue. He mentioned 4 WRs being injured throughout the season. He is all in on Davis.
