I heard that Yaklich and Muller stood up in each other's wedding. I also spoke to one of Yaklich's good friends and he says that Yaklich would be very interested in the ISU job...but knows their relationship makes it difficult.

I know a guy who's sister sat behind Yak's niece in Geology 201 and she overheard that Yak is waiting for a bigger door to open.
Coaches are hired and if they don't get the job done, they get fired. It's a tough profession and they all know this going in.

I sense sarcasm so to let you know, the individual I am speaking about is one of my long-time, close DePaul basketball fans...who I see at many DePaul games. He is one of Yak's best friends.

I saw Joey Meyer at O'Hare the day before he got fired. He and I sat down with a few pilots and had a few drinks, then Lance Armstrong joined us.
Yak isn't coming here because by the time ISU moves on Dan, Yak will be a HC somewhere else and won't be in the mix.
