On paper I am loving the staff that Pedon is assembling. Welcome Andrew! Can't wait to see who is going to be joining them.

Andrew Dakich was on the radio with his dad at 11:30 this morning. They played the fight song on the radio and Andrew mentioned how everything went down.
-Andrew met Pedon in Indianapolis for the B1G tournament and then got everything done. at that point. Andrew has been on campus at ISU since that moment. Pedon was getting ready for the NCAA tournament and felt comfortable for Andrew to be on campus by himself and then got to know the guys on the roster.
-They talked about ISU basketball history from Bob Donewald, the previous staff, then Yaklich at Michigan.
-ISU being a basketball school. Andrew mentioned if we win here people will come.
-Bloomington-Normal the community.

He'll likely be a cheer leader.
I like the part, when talking about the MVC and transfer portal, where Andrew said:
"If you produce in this league, you have a chance to go up. It says a lot about this league. But to be quite Frank, it doesn't get much better than this. You've seen these facilities."
Andrew played at both Michigan and Ohio state as a walk-on. For him to say something like that about our facilities is huge. Will be great for recruiting.
