Don't know much about this, but people down in Evansville last weekend for the Murray State game, there were some rumors swirling. It's pretty common knowledge that Coach WM likes the nightlife....so to speak......but don't really have any details. Trust me I will be calling friends down there tonight.

Ok, lets say there has been misconduct, but what in the world does that have to do with Title IX???? I doubt if he has changed the number of sports offered, the number of scholarships per sport, and so on.

It also reporting and/or acting on allegations if sexual harrassment or sexual assault(which in this case falls under sexual discrimination). If McCarty has been suspended for a violation of it, it likely means he either did something, or failed to act/investigate when one of his players did something. If it is the former, he is likely done at E-ville. If it is the latter he and E-ville are likely going to be in trouble, but he'll likely go back to coaching there.

Title 9 is way to broad in its interpretive language. Mostly against male coaches and all seminars state that all male coaches are predators. Really a shame.
