Frankly, I’m beginning to think ISU should join up with Western in the Ohio Valley Coference.

Solid post play by Lewis and Foster with 33points and 20 rebounds. Other than that, a total team melt down by the rest of the players. Also, IMO, Walker needs to lose 30 pounds and get down to 260 next year if he is going to be an effective post player.

There is a lot of basketball season left. We will not win many games playing like this.

It is clear that there is a lot of building to be done and likely changes to come. Year 3 is going to be a big year with high expectations. Pedon needs to execute getting the right players and staff to get things done.

Side note: we should try passing up fewer layups. Several times we did that to kick out for a 3. I’d rather try for the lay-up and the opportunity to get fouled as well.

I have been participating in some form of ISU basketball since 1966. This is the worst shooting team that I can recall in all those years. Our two starting bigs were 11/19. The rest of the team 7/33. Just freaking awful. 😞

That should put an end to all the premature, ‘win a few games and we’re almost in 4th place’ talk.

This is frustrating. Unable to win at home the last two years. Really negates any success on the road.

Kids are trying, coaches are trying, but it’s looking more like a whiff game by game.

To quote the radio sportscaster in 'A League of Their Own', "I have seen enough to know I have seen too much!”
