@Pg_Benson: Illinois State coach Dan Muller hopes Zach Copeland (knee), Matt Chastain (ankle) and/or Matt Hein (leg) will be available Sat vs. Ole Miss. "There's a chance all three play and a chance of combination of the three play," said Muller.

No offense to the Prez, but if we only get two of the three, I'd hope it's Chastain and Copeland.

Until ISU starts playing defense it will be the Yarbrough/Jefferson show. And mostly Yarb.

They’ll have 45-50 pts and we still lose by 10-15.

Have they combined for more than 40 ever before the uic game. 50 combined is pretty lofty unless that's the mindset going in

TBH, we have the talent to beat a lot of NCAA tourney caliber teams....Just depends on the night....Are we playing defense and hitting our threes? Then yeah, I like us against a lot of squads. Especially against a mediocre Ole Miss team...But even more TBH: it'll just depend what Redbird team shows up.
Optimistic pick, Redbirds:78
Rebels: 75

Hopefully we play hard at both ends for the entire game. Hopefully we come out of the game healthy also.

And what’s that role? To pardon Muller?

I'm hoping that Chastain sees the floor. Hein too if KE plays similar to last game.

if we go combo of the three I want Chastain body/hops,/defense/boards and Copeland’s shot/handles and Hein’s hustle. Who is and why has Muller not been using this player?

If all the guys sitting out were playing as well then this might be true. Haven’t seen those guys play yet though. Moot point anyway.

If we’re just talking about the group playing now I don’t think this is true. Bigs aren’t big enough and physical enough. Guards aren’t quick enough which is why they get smoked on D.

We were planning to bring our grandson to his first game-but thought it was a 7pm start? He was hoping to get a Muller bobble head? Is it for the first fans in- a lottery- or how are they doing it?
Don't think he would make it thru the game with a 9pm start though.
