Did anyone else watch this last night? #3 vs #5. The defenses for both teams played well and both offenses struggled as accepted. The biggest take away was both QBs had little time in the pocket.

I only saw the fourth quarter - wife interference when it is not the Redbirds. Yes, both defenses looked fairly stout. UNI WR #13 and SDSU tight end #87 - are difference makers on offense for each team.

The UNI WR, is from the town where I live. He committed to the University of South Dakota originally before making the switch to UNI. I used to work with his mom in the school system.

Watched quite a bit. SDSU started their 3rd string QB...injuries to #1 and #2.

My takeaway is that SDSU has some large players. They look like a formidable team, although not particularly sharp in the opener.

UNI has a very favorable schedule, with the top three teams having to travel to Iowa. A home loss is a bad loss.
