btw....i vote that we kill all references of ISU university peer's being EIU and WIU.....its hard for isu to ever improve when those universities are the measuring stick of success.

I don't know that Illinois State will ever break out of that smalltime mentality, just look at the football board.

Agreed, Illinois State’s lack of progress in moving the athletic department forward had more to do with a consistent lack of effort/planning coupled with a debilitating inferiority complex than any real or perceived academic shortcomings.

agree but why not take an advantage of a synergy? throughout college athletics that is a big consideration..see BIG expansion considerations, reasons why loyola left mvc...etc
